However, what about wiping over socks made out of cotton?
Is it permissible for one to wipe over one’s cotton socks or is this only limited to leather socks?
Question 2:
We all know that on Friday we have Jummah prayer which is compulsory for all Muslim men just like the rest of the daily prayers. But, how does one pray his Sunnah prayers for Jummah?
Are the Sunnah prayers for Jummah and the Duhur prayer the same?
Does Jummah prayer have their own particular set of Sunnah prayers?
In this video, I answer and explain.

Thanks for clarification on Jumma prayer & Wudu with socks.

Salam. I am still not clear on the issue of Cotton Socks. You have nicely explained the difference of opinion but a common man like me, what shall I do ? It is like going to a Doctor and saying ‘Hey Doctor, I have this problem’, The Doctor goes, there are two groups.. one group says ‘take medicine 1’, other group says ‘take medicine 2’..off you go…Now the patient is confused !
